Palestinian ambassador thanks Azerbaijan for humanitarian aid

Palestine's Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Ahmed Metani, has expressed gratitude to Azerbaijan for its humanitarian assistance.

According to Report, the diplomat made the remarks during a meeting with the Azerbaijani Minister of Health Teymur Musayev.

Minister Musayev highlighted the existence of effective cooperation between Azerbaijan and Palestine, both bilaterally and within several international organizations, including the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the Non-Aligned Movement.

He also emphasized the potential for developing collaboration in the field of healthcare between the two countries and expressed hope that bilateral cooperation would continue to expand successfully.

Ambassador Metani noted the historical and traditional friendship between Palestine and Azerbaijan, stating: "Relations between our countries are developing successfully based on the principles of solidarity, friendship, and mutual respect."

He added that Palestine is interested in building efficient cooperation with Azerbaijan's Ministry of Health.

The meeting also included an exchange of views on other issues of mutual interest.
