May Allah bless the souls of our Azerbaijani brothers killed in today's tragic helicopter crash, and I wish healing to the wounded, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said on Twitter, Report informs.
"My condolences to the heroic Azerbaijani Armed Forces and the government and people of Azerbaijan," he tweeted.
