Lukashenko: Belarus plans to increase imports from Azerbaijan

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has announced the country’s intention to increase imports of goods from Azerbaijan.
He made the remark at a meeting with Chairperson of Azerbaijani Parliament Sahiba Gafarova, Report informs referring to Belarusian media.
“There are no obstacles. Our trade turnover is not bad. But it is not balanced. We need to buy more goods from Azerbaijan. We will regulate this,” Lukashenko said.
Lukashenko noted that Azerbaijan and Belarus have common values.
He added that interparliamentary relations do not lag behind the level of relations between the leaders of the two states.
