Khalaf Khalafov to attend first 3+3 format meeting on South Caucasus

Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov will represent Azerbaijan at the first meeting of the regional cooperation platform in the 3+3 format to be held December 10 in Moscow, Report informs referring to the press service of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry.
The first meeting of the platform for regional cooperation in the 3+3 format proposed by the presidents of Azerbaijan and Turkey, Ilham Aliyev and Recep Tayyip Erdogan, will be held in Moscow on December 10. The deputy foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Turkey, Russia, Iran and Armenia will take part in the meeting.
