Azerbaijan, Russia to sign historic document today, President Aliyev says

An important historic document will be signed today, on February 22, between Azerbaijan and Russia, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow, Report informs.
“The agenda is very extensive. This visit is special. As president, I am in Russia for the forty-eighth time, but this is a special case, because today we are signing such an important document of a historic nature,” Ilham Aliyev said.
