Former UN Resident Coordinator: Azerbaijan has progressive approach to demining

Azerbaijan has a very progressive, creative, and positive approach to demining, Former UN Resident Coordinator in Ukraine Francis O'Donnell told Report.
According to him, this is a very serious problem that has bothered people for generations:
"I was impressed by the rapid work of the Azerbaijani government on the reconstruction of infrastructure, roads, schools, and many other facilities. The strategic plan is also impressive."
He also noted that he liked the words of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev related to restoring Karabakh, turning it into a paradise, and setting an example for the whole world.
