ECHR rejects Armenia’s appeal regarding Vagif Khachaturian

The European Court of Human Rights has rejected Armenia’s appeal regarding Vagif Khachaturian, who is accused of committing crimes against peace and humanity, Azerbaijan’s Plenipotentiary Representative to the European Court of Human Rights, Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court Chingiz Asgarov said, Report informs.
He noted that this is the fourth application of Armenia, rejected for this month.
