Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu in Ankara, Report informs, citing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan.
A meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) is underway in Ankara.
