Azerbaijani president to attend informal CIS summit

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev will take part in the informal CIS summit in St. Petersburg, Report informs citing the press service of the Kremlin.
A traditional informal meeting of the leaders of the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States will take place on December 28 in St. Petersburg, at the initiative of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, first President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov, Tajik President Emomali Rahmon, Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, and Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev will attend the event.
