Azerbaijan, Russia sign Declaration on Allied Cooperation

On February 22, Presidents of Azerbaijan and Russia Ilham Aliyev and Vladimir Putin signed a Declaration on Allied Cooperation.
Report informs, citing RIA Novosti that the signing took place following the meeting between Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, who is on an official visit to Russia, and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The Declaration contains more than 40 points on the widest range of cooperation.
