Azerbaijan, Mexico discuss urban planning cooperation

Chairman of Azerbaijan's State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture and WUF13 National Coordinator Anar Guliyev met with Mexico's Secretary of Agrarian, Land and Urban Development Edna Elena Vega Rangel during the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13).

Report informs, citing the committee's account on X, that the meeting discussed prospects for cooperation. Azerbaijan's experience in urban transformation, improving quality of life, and post-conflict reconstruction of territories under the Great Return Program was also shared.

The sides also exchanged views on the organization of the World Urban Forum. The meeting extended best wishes to Mexico City, which will host the next WUF14 session.
