Azerbaijan, Iran mull joint cultural projects, holding cultural days

During a meeting with Iranian Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Abbas Saleh Shariati, Azerbaijani Ambassador to Iran Ali Alizada discussed cooperation in the field of culture and art between the two countries, the Azerbaijani Embassy in Iran said in a post on X.

According to Report, the sides noted the contribution of the common historical, spiritual and cultural ties of the peoples of both countries to strengthening relations and emphasized the importance of cooperation in the field of culture and art.

They also exchanged views on the issue of holding cultural days in the capitals and regions of both countries, organizing joint exhibitions, conferences, visits, preserving religious, historical and cultural monuments and implementing other joint projects.
