Azerbaijan hosts training for Uzbek civil servants on state policy

Training sessions for Uzbek civil servants on the topic of state policy in Azerbaijan have started.
According to Report, the week-long program is dedicated to "Innovative State Policy of the Republic of Azerbaijan" and is being held at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
During the opening conference, Rector and academician Urkhan Alakbarov highlighted the importance of the innovative governance model implemented under President Ilham Aliyev, noting its role in the country's sustainable development:
"Under President Ilham Aliyev's leadership, Azerbaijan has carried out consistent reforms in applying modern technologies to governance, large-scale digitalization, human capital development, strengthening ecological approaches, and forming an innovation-based economic model."
He emphasized that Azerbaijan's experience in public administration has attracted international interest, and such training programs organized by the Academy serve to expand knowledge exchange between countries and promote the study of Azerbaijan's governance model.
Uzbekistan's Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Bahrom Ashrafkhanov, underlined that relations between the two countries are built on shared history, cultural roots, and mutual trust.
Meanwhile, Sarvar Inogamov, Director of the Center for Civil Service Training of the Academy of State Policy and Administration under Uzbekistan's President, stressed that bilateral relations between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan are successfully developing across all fields.
Uzbek civil servants expressed their enthusiasm about visiting Baku and voiced confidence that such programs will continue in the future.
