Azerbaijan hosting First GSNP General Assembly

Within the framework of Baku Urban Week, the first General Assembly of the Global South NGO Platform (GSNP) is being held at the Gulustan Palace.

According to Report, representatives of NGOs from over 110 countries across Latin America, Africa, Asia, and the Pacific region are participating in the meeting.

At the First General Assembly of GSNP, elections will be held for the Secretary‑General, who will lead the organization for the next five years, as well as for four deputies representing the regions of Latin America, Africa, Asia, and the Pacific.
