Azerbaijan, China's Datang Overseas discuss green energy cooperation

Azerbaijan's Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov met with Yuanlong Zhou, President of China's Datang Overseas Investment Co, on the sidelines of the First Azerbaijan International Investment Forum (AIIF 2025) in Baku, Report informs.

The two sides discussed expanding cooperation in the green energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.

Minister Jabbarov emphasized Azerbaijan's strong focus on economic and trade partnerships with China. He highlighted the country's favorable business environment and noted the broad potential for mutually beneficial collaboration.

The parties reviewed ways to deepen joint efforts in developing sustainable energy projects and industrial infrastructure.
