"Armenia and Azerbaijan must sign a peace agreement. We expect a positive response from Armenia in this regard, but still do not see any results. Occupation claims remain, and it is entirely unacceptable," Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration said at a conference on "44-Day Victory Path" at ADA University.
He said that Armenia still does not want to recognize the requirements of the international law: "Azerbaijan wants justice and implementation of the norms and principles of international law. No other country has carried out such large-scale construction work in the liberated areas."
