Ambassador: US recognizes Azerbaijan's progress in human rights in recent months

Baku. 2 July. REPORT.AZ/ "We recognize progress Azerbaijan has made in the field of human rights in recent months."
Report informs, it was stated by US Ambassador to Azerbaijan Robert F. Cekuta at the event dedicated to the 240th anniversary of the US Independence Day.
"We hope that Azerbaijan will continue developing in this direction", said the ambassador, adding that the United States cooperates with Azerbaijan in a number of areas, including three main fields: security, economic cooperation and human rights.
