Ambassador: Friendship group with Azerbaijan to be established in Thai parliament

A friendship group will soon be established in the Thai parliament with the Azerbaijani parliament, Apirat Sugondhabhirom, Ambassador of Thailand to Azerbaijan and Türkiye, told Report.

"At the meeting of the Standing Committee on Social and Cultural Affairs of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly held in Baku, I met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijan Milli Majlis, Sahiba Gafarova. At the meeting, we also reviewed the future activities of the friendship group," he said.

The Ankara-based diplomat said that the establishment of a friendship group will further expand cooperation between Azerbaijan and Thailand.
