Presidential aide: Azerbaijan determined to conclude peace treaty with Armenia

Azerbaijani lands were under occupation, but Azerbaijan compelled Armenia to peace and liberated its lands from occupation thanks to successful military operations, said Assistant of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev, speaking at the panel session "South Caucasus: Regional Development and Prospective for Cooperation" within VIII Global Baku Forum, Report informs.
Hajiyev added that Azerbaijan has resolved the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict on its own. The country currently talking about the opening of the Zangazur corridor. Azerbaijan has put forward proposals to achieve a peace agreement. It is determined to conclude a peace treaty.
