Luxembourg-Azerbaijan match to be held at new stadium

The Luxembourg national football team will play its home game against Azerbaijan within the qualifying round of the 2022 World Cup at a new stadium. Luxembourg Mayor Lydie Polfer said in an interview with Paperjam, Report informs.
She said that their goal is to organize the Luxembourg-Azerbaijan match at the new stadium.
More than 76 million euros were spent on the construction of the Stade de Luxembourg, with a capacity of 9,385 fans.
The Luxembourg-Azerbaijan match will start at on September 1 at 8:45 a.m. (GMT +4).
