Yelo Bank to issue bonds

An extraordinary general meeting of Yelo Bank OJSC shareholders will be held on February 14, Report informs.
The meeting agenda includes the issuance of the bank's bonds and other issues.
Yelo Bank was established in 2019 on the basis of Nikoil Bank OJSC, which had been operating since 1994. Ninety-six percent of its shares belong to Topaz Investments Limited CJSC, 3.9% to Marina Kulishova (Chairman of the Supervisory Board and director of the main shareholder), and 0.1% to ISR Holding LLC.
