Vugar Bayramov: Businesses should be encouraged to advertise in media

Businesses should be encouraged to advertise in the media, MP Vugar Bayramov said at the meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee for Economic Policy, Industries and Enterprising, Report informs.

According to him, one of the main problems is that the advertising revenues from print and specialized media are quite low.

He said that during the year, television and radio account for a significant portion of the advertising revenues:

"In the future, there should be tax breaks or any form of concessions for the companies that advertise in the media areas I mentioned. Currently, it matters little for business if the media is taxed or not."
