Tax revenues in Azerbaijan up 23%

Tax revenues collected by the State Tax Service increased by 22.6% in January-September 2023, compared to the corresponding period in 2022, totaling 12,810,700 manats (over $7.5 million - ed.), Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov said, Report informs.
"During this period, tax revenues from the non-oil and gas sector grew by 19.3%, reaching 7,425.8 million manats, compared to the same period the previous year. To sustain this positive trend in tax revenues, we will continue our efforts to enhance business environment transparency and improve tax administration," Jabbarov said on X.
