Taleh Kazimov: Chamber of Accounts cannot audit monetary policy of CBA

The Chamber of Accounts cannot audit the monetary policy of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), Chairman Taleh Kazimov said, Report informs.

According to him, there is no such practice in the world that a third party comes and audits the monetary policy of the central bank:

"The Chamber of Accounts also understands that it cannot audit the monetary policy of the CBA. There was an understanding between the institutions. Therefore, the Chamber will only be able to check the administrative and economic activities of the Central Bank."
