Overdue loans in Azerbaijan grow 25% in 1 year

As of June 1 of the current year, the volume of overdue loans in Azerbaijan amounted to 635.4 million manats ($373.764 million), Report informs referring to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
This is 3.45% more compared to May 1.
Since the beginning of the year, the volume of non-performing loans has increased by 21.15%, and in annual terms by 25%.
At the end of May, the share of overdue loans in the total loan portfolio was 1.9%. A month earlier, the indicator was also at 1.9%, at the end of 2025 it was 1.6%, and a year ago it was 1.7%.
