Gold prices rise slightly

Gold prices on October 20 changed little after falling on October 19, at around $1,635 per troy ounce, Report informs referring to the auction data.
The price of December futures for gold on the New York Comex exchange rose by $2.6, or 0.16%, to $1,636.8 per troy ounce. December futures for silver rose 0.15% to $18.387 an ounce.
A day earlier, gold fell 1.3% from $1,650 amid expectations of a tightening policy by the US Federal Reserve.
