Gold prices fell slightly on November 23 morning, as markets are awaiting the publication of the minutes of the last meeting of the US Federal Reserve System (FRS) later in the day, Report informs referring to the auction data.
The price of December futures for gold on the New York Comex exchange fell by $5.35, or 0.31%, to $1,734.55 per troy ounce. December silver futures fell 0.49% to $20.945 an ounce.
Markets continue to wait for the publication of the minutes of the Fed meeting. In the document, the regulator can give more clues about monetary policy and economic forecasts.
