Foreign investment in Azerbaijani economy declines 3.5%

In January-May this year, foreign enterprises and organizations invested AZN 1,946,200,000 in fixed assets in Azerbaijan.
Report informs, citing the State Statistics Committee, that this is 3.5% less than in the same period last year.
AZN 1,752,500,000 (90%) of the five-month investment belonged to investors from the United Kingdom, the United States, Switzerland, Turkey, Japan, the Virgin Islands, Norway, Malaysia, France, Russia, and Iran.
