The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) is offered economic independence, Report informs with reference to the amendments to the law "On the Central Bank"
According to the draft, the CBA has economic independence, and the funds received from the sale of its assets or their alienation in another way are related to its income. Except for the case provided for by this law, the CBA is not liable for the obligations of the state, and the state is not liable for the obligations of the CBA.
