CBA forecasts slowdown in strengthening pace of manat's nominal effective exchange rate

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) forecasts that the strengthening pace of the manat's nominal effective exchange rate will decrease amid the recent decline in the dollar's exchange rate against other currencies, Vugar Ahmadov, the Executive Director of the CBA, said at a press conference, Report informs.
Ahmadov noted that overall, the nominal effective exchange rate of the manat is expected to strengthen by 2.2 percentage points: "However, we do not think that the growth dynamics will continuously slow down."
