Azerbaijan sees 70% growth in social insurance premiums over past three years

Revenues of the State Social Protection Fund under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population increased by 39% to AZN 4.8 billion in 2018-2020, Report informs, citing the Ministry.
According to the document, the premiums from social insurance fees rose by 70% to AZN 3.6 billion. The growth was 84% in the state sector, 63% in the private sector.
Transfers from the state budget to the Fund dropped 10% to AZN 1.2 billion.
