Azerbaijan registers securities worth AZN9B

In 2021, the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) carried out state registration of investment securities worth 9.3 billion manats, Report informs, citing referring to the activities of the Cabinet of Ministers in 2021.
Of this, 1.9 billion manats fell to the share of 59 corporate bonds, 0.7 billion manats to 138 stocks, 6.7 billion manats to government securities, including 4.8 billion manats to CBA notes, and 1.9 billion manats to bonds of the Ministry of Finance.
Last year, 20 prospects of emissions totaling 0.5 billion manats were approved on the public offering of corporate securities.
