SOCAR Polymer increases its export earnings to 34%

In January this year, SOCAR Polymer LLC exported products worth $14.7 million, Report informs, citing "Export Review" of the Center for Economic Reforms Analysis and Communication.
According to the information, this figure is $3.7 million or 33.6% more than in January 2020.
In January 2020, SOCAR Polymer LLC exported products worth $11 million.
Polypropylene is produced at SOCAR Polymer's Polypropylene Plant with an annual capacity of 184,000 tons. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of Italy Sergio Mattarella inaugurated the plant on July 18, 2018. Exports of polypropylene began on October 5 of the same year.
