SOCAR and Brookfield mull application of clean and digital energy technologies

The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) President Rovshan Najaf met with Jad Ellawn, Managing Partner in Brookfield's Real Estate Group and Regional Head of the Middle East, Report informs, citing SOCAR.
SOCAR and Brookfield, one of the world's largest investment companies, exchanged views on the application of clean and digital energy technologies.
In the meeting, detailed information was given about the infrastructure projects implemented by the Brookfield company in different countries.
The parties talked about the favorable investment environment created in Azerbaijan for foreign investors and exchanged views on decarbonization, infrastructure projects and other issues of mutual interest in this direction.
