Oil prices rise 1% after five days of decline

Global oil prices rose by 1% on Thursday morning after five consecutive trading sessions of decline, Report informs referring to trading data.
The price of October Brent crude futures rose by 0.84% to $67.45 per barrel, and September WTI futures by 0.95% to $64.96.
Brent and WTI fell by 9.2% over the previous five trading days.
Traders continue to monitor US President Donald Trump's statements on the country's trade policy, as well as on geopolitical events.
On Wednesday, Trump signed an executive order imposing an additional 25% duty on imports from India for its purchases of oil from Russia.
He also said that the US could impose new duties on China.
