An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Azerbaijan’s Azerneftkimyagurashma OJSC will be held on March 3, Report informs.
The agenda of the meeting includes issues of changing the organizational and legal form of the company and approval of the new charter.
Azerneftkimyagurashma OJSC was registered in 2004. Its authorized capital is 123,000 manats, and its legal representative is Parviz Osmanov.
