Universities to reopen for in-person education tomorrow

The new academic year begins for the senior grades (Grades 5 to 11) in secondary schools, colleges, vocational education institutions, and universities operating in Azerbaijan on September 29.
According to Report, the in-person education will resume with some exceptions.
Taking into account the beginning of the academic year, in order to ensure the complete mastery of educational programs by students, November 16-19 of autumn holidays, and January 27, 28, and 31 of winter holidays will be school days in secondary school, as well as other educational establishments.
Classes in primary school (Grades 1 to 4) began on September 22.
A total of 1,589,829 students study in the country's general education institutions this academic year.
