Number of vaccinated teachers in Azerbaijan announced

"To date, about 57,000 teachers in the country have received at least one dose of the vaccine. This means that 60-64% of teachers in the country are vaccinated," said Education Minister Emin Amrullayev.
Report quotes him as saying that two out of three teachers over the age of 50 have already been vaccinated:
"The process is ongoing. 28,500 staff over the age of 40 have been inoculated. Currently, about 120,000 (53%) educators received the jab. I congratulate all of them."
"To date, no serious and substantial deterioration has been observed among those vaccinated. Figures refute the claims that the vaccine is harmful or dangerous," the minister noted.
