Education Minister unveils plan to reopen schools

"Pre-school and community-based preschools are scheduled to begin twice a week on October 1," Education Minister Emin Amrullayev said at a briefing on the educational organization during the COVID-19 pandemic, Report quotes.
"This process is expected to last until November 2."
The minister added classes for I-IV grades would traditionally start from September 15:
"We proposed to hold classes 2-3 times a week, while the education process for V-IX grades will be conducted distantly.
Students of X-XI grades may attend the classes in-person on October 1. After that period, we can return 1.3 million students to school.
