Deputy FM: Return to Western Azerbaijan - goal of all our people

Raising the issue of returning to Western Azerbaijan after the Patriotic War is the goal of all Azerbaijani people, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Khalaf Khalafov said at the public hearing held by the Human Rights Committee of the Milli Majlis.

He reminded that the Concept of Return was prepared by the Western Azerbaijan Community and distributed as an official document of the UN.

The deputy minister noted that populism could not be allowed in the matter of a return to Western Azerbaijan: "This is a national issue."
