Azerbaijan MFA: Khojaly genocide - black spot in history of Armenia

Azerbaijan is working to bring the perpetrators of the Khojaly genocide to the International Court of Justice, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Khalaf Khalafov said at the awarding ceremony of the essay competition among volunteers dedicated to the 31st anniversary of the Khojaly genocide, Report informs.
Noting that the Khojaly genocide is a black spot in the history of Armenia, the deputy minister said:
"We are taking all steps to establish peace in the region. Azerbaijan's policy of peace will win."
