Azerbaijan creating legal framework for ultralight aviation

The rules for the use of airspace and flights of ultralight aircraft in Azerbaijan will be regulated by a body designated by the relevant executive authority, Report informs.
The amendments to the Law "On Aviation" are being proposed in this regard.
The draft law was submitted for discussion at today's meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Economic Policy, Industry, and Entrepreneurship.
Specifically, the draft law was prepared to create a legal basis for the adoption of the "Rules for the Use of Airspace and Flights of Ultralight Aircraft."
