UAE citizen establishes company with charter capital of $2.8M in Azerbaijan

The State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy registered "Alvvathba Investment" LLC, Report informs, citing the Ministry.
The legal address of the new company is House 18, Memar Ajami Street, Khirdalan City, Absheron district, the authorized capital is 4.72 million manats ($2.8 million), and the legal representative is Fars Mohamed Ahmad Suhail Almazrouei, a citizen of the UAE.
