Minister reveals number of labor contracts concluded in Azerbaijan

The reforms carried out towards ensuring transparency on the labor market yield positive results, Azerbaijan's Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov said, Report informs.

"Compared to the beginning of 2019, the number of concluded labor contracts increased by 290.4 thousand and reached 1 mln. 692 thousand by September 1, 2022," he tweeted.

The minister noted that in the private segment of the non-oil sector, this indicator increased by 260,400 to 800,300.
