Greece–Azerbaijan business forum set for September

A business forum between Greece and Azerbaijan will be organized in September 2026, Report informs, citing the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Agency (AZPROMO).

The discussions on the upcoming event took place during a meeting between AZPROMO's Executive Director, Yusif Abdullayev, and Greece's Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Maria Papakonstantinou.

During the meeting, Abdullayev provided information on AZPROMO's activities and the current economic ties between Azerbaijan and Greece. The two sides also discussed the organization of the forum, which is planned for September.

Potential cooperation areas highlighted during the meeting included tourism, agriculture, food industry, artificial intelligence, digital technologies, and green energy.

Additionally, details were shared about the Second Azerbaijan International Investment Forum (AIIF), also scheduled for September, which is expected to play a significant role in expanding international partnerships.
