Georgia's foreign trade turnover decreases by 12%

In January-February this year, Georgia conducted trade transactions with foreign countries worth $1,654,000,000, Report mentions, referring to Georgia's National Statistical Office.
According to the document, this is 12% less than in the same period last year.
Over the past two months, the neighboring country exported goods worth $494,700,000 and imported goods worth $1,159,000,000. These are 6.8% and 14.1% less than a year earlier.
As a result, there was a deficit of $664,600,000 in foreign trade, 40.2% of the total trade turnover.
