Foreign trade turnover of Azerbaijan increased by 57%

Baku. 10 August. REPORT.AZ/Azerbaijan had trade turnover in the amount of $ 16.525 billion as January-July, this year.
In January-July 2018, Azerbaijan had trade operation in the amount of $ 16. 525 billion with foreign countries.
Report informs citing the State Customs Committee, it is 57% more than in the same period last year.
$ 10.748 billion of 7-month trade turnover falls to the share of export, while $ 5.776 billion to the import. Over the past year, export has increased by 74.7%, while import by 32.2%.
Thus, $ 4.97 billion positive balance has occurred in foreign trade, which is 2.8 times more than previous year.
