Azerbaijan nearly triples spending on olive, olive oil imports from Türkiye in July

Between January and July of 2025, Azerbaijan imported olives and olive oil from Türkiye worth $2.406 million, marking a 51.2% increase year-on-year, Report informs, citing the Turkish Exporters Assembly.
In July alone, Türkiye exported $537,000 worth of olives and olive oil to Azerbaijan—an increase of 2.5 times year-on-year.
Meanwhile, Türkiye’s total exports of olives and olive oil over the seven-month period fell by 36.7% year-on-year to $313 million. In July, exports declined by 23.8%, amounting to $46 million.
