Active taxpayers in Azerbaijan reaches 700,000

As of October 1 of this year, the number of active taxpayers increased by 5.2% to 699,553 compared to the beginning of the year, Report informs, citing the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.

During January-September, the number of active VAT payers increased by 9.8% and amounted to 38,081. The number of active objects (business entities) increased by 2.9% compared to the beginning of the year and reached 188,690.
