Chairman of Azerbaijani State Seed Fund replaced

A new chairman has been appointed to the State Seed Fund under the Ministry of Agriculture.

According to Report, this task has been assigned to Sarkhan Sarkhanov.

He previously served as Deputy Director of the State Agrarian Trade Company LLC, a member of the Board of Agro Procurement and Supply, and replaced Emin Aliyev in his new position.

Sarkhanov received a bachelor's degree in Finance from Odlar Yurdu University and Finance and Credit from the Russian State Social University in Moscow, and a master's degree in International Trade and International Business Management from the OBS Business School in Spain and the University of Barcelona.
